In short
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains which data we collect through hunar.ba, for what purpose, and what your rights are. The data controller is Hunar.
What data we collect
- Form data: your name, company (optional), phone or email, what you need and the content of the message you send.
- Communication: messages we exchange by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Visit statistics, with no personal data (see Visit statistics).
What we use the data for
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To communicate during a project and provide our services.
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent (by sending the form or a message) and our legitimate interest in communicating with you and providing the services you asked for.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. The form is received and stored by our hosting platform Netlify (Netlify Forms), only for the purposes above. WhatsApp messages go through the WhatsApp service (Meta), under its own rules. Visit statistics, with no personal data, are run by Umami Software (Umami Cloud).
Visit statistics
To know which pages and services interest visitors, we count visits with Umami. It records which page was opened, where you came from (a link or a search), the country, the type of device and browser, and clicks on buttons such as WhatsApp, call and “Ask about this”.
Umami uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you to other websites, so this data cannot tell us who you are. We keep it for at most six months.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising or statistics. That is why there is no cookie consent banner.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need to answer and to run any work together, and then we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it and withdraw consent at any time. For any request, write to us at info@hunar.ba.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is at the top of the page.
